MimicsX2 7" touchscreen Dash kit upgrade

If you are thinking or upgrading your dash to a touchscreen monitor then this is the kit for you.

You will need a dash kit that fits your vehicle from one of the following sources:

Scosche - Find you car under "Select Your Vehicle" or
Metra - Find you car under "Vehicle Fit Guide"

Our open frame touchscreen/monitor will then need to be fitted to above selected dash kit for your vehicle. Our monitor doesnt simply "clip" in the dash kit so you will need to secure it in place. Our touchscreen monitor will provide the most seamless installation you can get into a dash kit. No trim plates for LCD required!

Please note, this setup will require an additional amplifier connected to RCA audio outputs.

Kit includes:

• 7" monitor with Capacitive touchscreen *NEW*
• LCD mounting plate
• L/R Channel RCA audio connection (Line level extracted from Digital HDMI connection)
• MimicsX2 module
• Universal or Type "A" sender (Select)
• MimicsX2 cable harness for power, etc

This monitior touchscreen combo correctly scales the HDMI signal from your smartphone to ensure a perfect blur-free image. It also has features that many other monitors don't have such as:

- Capacitive touchscreen for a crystal clear image an pressure-free touch
- Backlight Dimming (triggered via signal wire)
- Reverse camera input and reverse signal wire
- L/R audio extracted from HDMI connection and NOT a mono speaker level output.

If you are planning to use our touchscreen + monitor combo as a standalone unit, ie. touchscreen will only be used to control smartphone, then you will need to select the:
Universal Single

If you are planning to use this combo and you would like the touchscreen to control your smartphone and then the option of switching the same touchscreen to control a CarPC or other interface, then you will need to select the:
Type "A" Switcher
