What It Does

The customGadz Mimics touch module enables you to remotely touch your iPhone using an external touchscreen monitor.

In effect this system will allow you to view and use your iPhone on a much larger monitor, similar to an iPad but can be done on a much larger scale!.

The basic module kit comes with the touch module power cables and mounting kit. Although this basic kit was intended to be used on a Lilliput EBY701/629, it can be easilly be adapted to any monitor size providing you can get a 4-wire touchscreen to suit the monitor/LCD.

What hardware do I need?

iPhone 3GS/ 4

Any sized external 4-wire touchscreen monitor
Apple VGA/HDMI/A/V Ipod adaptor cable.

What do I have to do to get the system working?

Once you have everything thing connected, you simply plug/dock the iPhone into the VGA adaptor, then within a matter of seconds the Mimics will pair up with the iphone and your entire iPhone screen contents will be displayed on the external monitor. Now you are ready to touch the external monitor and control your iPhone.

Some uses.

"Aftermarket headunit intergration". Mesh your iPhone with your exsiting headunit for the ultimate in-car experience.

"Iphone coffee table". Connect you iPhone to your cofee table fitted with a touchscreen monitor and be able to watch movies and play games directly on the table.
"iPhone in your car". Connect this system to your OEM or aftermarket 7" double din monitor for the ultimate iPhone in your car experience. **Note a complete ICE replacement system will require additional components such as an amplifier. etc.
"Huge iPhone presentation display". Connect this system to a larger iPhone looking display to be able to control your iPhone as if it was a HUGE iPhone!
